Refund policy

At Lucas Dry Labs, we stand by the quality and performance of our reusable odour absorbers. We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and offer a straightforward, fair return process.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your Monkey De-Funkers, return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the product price.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition; unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including ziplock bag and carabiner).
  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs (non-refundable).
  • Free prepaid return shipping is provided for all NZ returns.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email us at support@lucasdrylabs.co.nz within 7 days.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

3. Return Process

  1. Email support@lucasdrylabs.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with a prepaid NZ return label (if eligible).
  3. Package your item securely and drop it off.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt.

4. Your Consumer Rights
This policy operates alongside your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you’re entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
