We strive for accurate product representation, but colours and appearance may vary by screen. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT USE AND DISCLAIMER
Monkey De-Funky products are designed for odour absorption in dry footwear and gear only. Do not use in wet or damp conditions.
The included carabiner is for convenience only and is not load-bearing, safety-rated, or suitable for climbing.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to footwear, misuse, or injury from improper use.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and we send a confirmation email.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are in NZD and exclude taxes (where applicable). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the package to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site (logos, text, images, design) is owned by Lucas Dry Labs and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute any material without our written permission.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites linked from our site.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify, but all sales are between you and Lucas Dry Labs. Shopify is not responsible for our Products or your purchase.

SECTION 11 - NEW ZEALAND CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993
