Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are packed and shipped from our Auckland warehouse within 1–2 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

• Free Standard Urban Shipping on orders over $65
• $4.49 Standard Urban (under $65)
• $12.49 Standard Rural (under $65)
• $7.49 Standard Rural (over $65)
• Delivery estimate: 1–5 business days (urban), 3–7 (rural)

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

4. Tracking & Issues

• You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
• If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at support@lucasdrylabs.co.nz. We’ll work with NZ Post to resolve it.
• We are not liable for carrier delays, but we’ll always help you track and recover your order.
